What is the photos/videos store?

It is an online store where you can purchase the memories of your dancer’s performance.

When placing an online order, what am I receiving?

Pictures and videos are available for purchase on our website. They are burned onto CDs and DVDs. You also have the option of purchasing a USB drive or directly downloading performances to a computer.

What is a direct download and why would I want to do it?

Instead of paying for shipping and handling, you may choose this option, and immediately download pictures and videos after checking out.

Do I have the rights to print pictures, and where are they located?

By purchasing the pictures of a routine, you are also receiving all rights to print and disperse them as you choose. If you ordered a Photo CD, the rights are printed directly on the disc. If you payed for a USB drive with you pictures, there is a text file located on it with our endorsement.

Locating Photos and Videos

Where can I find the pictures and videos from a competition?

Inside the online store locate the appropriate event location and studio. Each routine that has performed will appear on the screen in alphabetical order.

Previewing

Can I preview my performer’s videos and photos before purchasing them?

At this time, ONLY pictures are previewable online. However, in the near future this might change.

Both pictures and videos are available for purchase through the online store.

If I am unable to preview the pictures of my performer, is there a reason why?

Depending on the amount of time that has passed since a competition took place, it might take one week for pictures to be viewable online.
