Important Info – 2014 Las Vegas Finals

 Las Vegas National Finals is only a few days away, I hope everyone is just as excited as we are!

This year we will be in a different building than previous years, we will be in the Marquee Ballroom. Please follow the posted signage for directions to the ballroom.

The MGM requests that dancers please not enter the Conference Center or use the available spaces of the conference center for rehearsing. All KAR dancers must stay within the Marquee Ballroom.

Prop storage – this year the prop storage area will be very limited. Therefore we will be enforcing the following prop rules:

• Props are to be loaded in no more than 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance and must be loaded out no more than 2 hours after your scheduled performance.
•  Props must be labeled with your studio name for identification purposes.
• Prop trailers are only allowed in the unloading area during unloading and loading, we ask that prop trailers not be left in the unloading area for more than 20 minutes.
• Prop trailers are allowed in the parking lot during competition hours only, the MGM does not allow for any overnight parking.
