Raymon Ashley discovered his love for dance at just eight years old in Northern California, and that passion quickly turned into a lifelong journey. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona, launching a professional career performing with Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, David Taylor Dance Theater (Now Zikr Dance Ensemble) and the Mark Goodman Tap Company before pursuing opportunities in the commercial dance industry.

After completing his performing career, Raymon shifted his focus to inspiring the next generation of dancers. Known for his dynamic personality, infectious energy, and encouraging teaching style, he quickly became a sought-after educator throughout Southern California and across the United States, working with dancers of all ages and levels.

Raymon has been part of the KAR Productions family for over 25 years and currently serves as the Vice President of Studio Communications. In this role, he works closely with studios nationwide, helping build meaningful relationships while supporting the continued growth of the KAR family of brands.

Above all else, Raymon’s greatest pride is being the father of his incredible son, Rylan. What he loves most about the dance world is traveling across the country, connecting with passionate dance communities, and watching dancers grow, evolve, and shine year after year.
