Toby Rodriguez began his career at Kids Artistic Revue as a Backstage Coordinator, where he found his passion for dance and dedication to the dance competition industry. With eight years of experience behind him, Toby is now proud to call himself a Competition Director.

Toby recently completed his third KAR Australian Tour and is about to embark on the second season of Rainbow Australia. Now under his direction, this amazing opportunity has brought the excitement and quality of our world-class events to the talented dancers “down under”. Toby and his team work tirelessly to bridge the gap between America and Australia dance communities, creating an international bond, benefitting dancers from each country.

He has also had the privilege of becoming the Director for the prestigious Hollywood Dance Invitational, working to produce an unforgettable experience for young dancers to learn what it takes to be a part of the LA commercial dance scene. Toby’s biggest goal is continue to create more possibilities for dancers to make it in the industry around the world.

Toby continues to help Kids Artistic Revue give back to the dance community. From helping to produce the Industry Dance Awards and Cancer Benefit Show every year, to making a commitment to raise funds at each competition for Dancers Against Cancer, he counts himself fortunate to be a part of making a difference.
