Important Event Details

Venue Policies & Building Access

* Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the building. This policy is enforced by venue staff, and any outside food or drinks brought into the facility will be required to be removed.

* Please note that other events may be taking place in the building during our competition weekend. For this reason, dancers may not warm up or practice in the Grand Lobby or upstairs in front of the 200 Concourse. Signage will be posted to clearly indicate restricted areas.

* Helium balloons and open flames are not permitted anywhere in the building.

Prop Load-In & Roll-Up Door Access

* The venue has implemented a safety policy requiring that only KAR staff operate the roll-up door used for prop load-in. Studios are not permitted to open or close the door.

* To help everyone plan accordingly, we have scheduled designated roll-up door access times throughout the weekend. Please review the attached Roll-Up Door Access Schedule and share it with your teachers and prop teams.
