Our competitions give dancers across America the opportunity to showcase their talent and passion on the KAR stage. We also proudly acknowledge the achievements and excellence of dance teachers, choreographers, and parents and appreciate their efforts in helping to make dreams come true! KAR is honored to be recognized as America’s Favorite Dance Competition and look forward to seeing the amazing talent your city has to offer!

Parking Information
Daily parking permits may be purchased from the gray ticket dispensers located in all campus parking lots.
On-site kiosk rate: $3 per day
Online rate: $3 per day plus a $3 service fee when purchased through Chabot’s parking portal
To purchase a permit online, visit the parking portal and follow these steps:
Select “View Permits”
Choose option #5 – Daily Permit
Select “Checkout as Guest”
Parking is enforced by license plate number. No physical permit or validation will be issued once your transaction is complete.
Permit Enforcement Hours
* Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Enforced)
* Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enforced)
* Sunday & Holidays: Free parking
Additional Parking Regulations
* Parking is not permitted in the loading dock area.
* Head-in parking only; backing into spaces is not allowed.
* Campus speed limit is 10 MPH.
* For additional parking or security information, please visit the campus website.
The parking lots closest to the venue are Lots G and H, accessible from Hesperian Blvd or Depot Road.
