Important Event Details

Parking information – ONSITE Parking is available FREE of Charge.
- Large Semi Trucks, Uhaul vehicles and/or RV's should be parked side parking located past the fenced in FF2 area, designated area on the attached map.
- Tents or Canopies are NOT permitted on Stafford Centre premises (indoor or outdoor)
- Trailer Load in is available at the Theatre back loading dock. Vehicles must NOT block other vehicles at any time.
- Props should be brought in and removed NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE and AFTER the scheduled routine.
- No Tailgating is permitted in the back theatre loading dock area at any time

Outside food & beverage policies –
- ALCOHOL & Onsite Grilling/cooking are PROHIBITED.
- All Deliveries (including Uber Eats, Doordash, Postmates, Grubhub and Foodpanda)
MUST be received at the theatre's back loading dock, located behind the building.
- Persons should BE PREPARED to meet your driver at the designated delivery area.
- Deliveries arriving at the front of the building will be turned away by door persons and ushers. Please include these instructions in your mobile orders.
- Public Persons (Studios, Attendees, Patrons) are NOT PERMITTED to bring any Coolers larger than lunch size (12” x 9” x 7.5”) inside the Stafford Centre.

Building regulations –
- Hard Rock Rosin is PROHIBITED on the Stafford Centre dance floor due to the damage it causes. Please find an alternative method of achieving your desired level of traction.
- Stretching, warming up or practicing in the building hallways is NOT PERMITTED
- These activities MUST take place in Designated warm-up and stretching areas only or outside the venue.
- Hallways must be kept CLEAR at all times
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED ON Venue (or City of Stafford) Property

Stafford Centre STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE USE of:
- Sparklers
- Sky lanterns or (also referred to as sky/fire balloons)
- Confetti cannons/guns
- ANY OTHER item which would be defined as, or considered to be, “Fireworks” by City of Stafford Ordinance, Stafford Centre Policies and Procedures, or determined by Stafford Centre Director
- STAFFORD CENTRE RESTRICTS the use of the following items without express approval
- Pets are not allowed on premises. Service animals covered by the ADA are welcome.

Security procedures:
- Designated Entry at Theatre Lobby ONLY.
- Other Suites & Ballroom Lobby Doors will be EXIT only

- Per KAR’s directions: The following Entry Credentials will be Required for Entry:
* Studio Teachers = LANYARDS
* All attendees over age 10 (except dancer) = Digital Pass issued by KAR (attached)
- Attendees without digital pass will be denied entry and referred to their family member and/or studio liaison for resolution
