Important Event Details

RBPAC policies:

* Props:
- All props should be delivered / brought in through the loading dock in the rear of the theater. Please avoid bringing props through the main lobby.
- Any large props that need to be assembled can be done in our scene shop or loading dock.
- Please avoid leaving large props in doorways and emergency exits.
- Please see RBPAC staff if help is needed opening the large doors from the scene shop to stage as well as the roll doors from the loading dock to scene shop.

* Hair / Make-up:
- Please use dressing rooms and backstage areas for hair and make-up.
- Please refrain from using public restrooms for hair, make-up and costume changes.

* Misc.:
- Please keep tap shoes out of public areas.
- Please refrain from rehearsing in public areas.
- For your safety, please avoid from rehearsing in our neighbors parking lot.
