Aviana Sanchez began her training at the age of 3 years old under the direction of Terry Schulke and Just Plain Dancin, a nationally ranked studio. Aviana went on to compete nationwide with her studio starting at the age of 5 and has been in the industry ever since. At a young age, Aviana signed with a talent agency where she worked numerous events including competing on Star Search, becoming a sparks kid, appearing in numerous music videos, and performing with the Lakers girls. Aviana went on to star in dance technique films created by some of the industries finest choreographers. At the age of 15, Aviana started her teaching career. Aviana has traveled the U.S choreographing for numerous studios and dance teams. At age 18, Aviana was scouted to be a cheer instructor and judge for Universal Cheer Association. She spent the next two years traveling the country teaching at numerous high schools and college camps as well as judging countless competitions all while continuing her teaching education in hopes to one day live out her dream of owning her own studio. In 2015, she opened the doors to her dance studio Avi’s Dance Project in Corona, CA. In the last few years Aviana has won numerous choreography awards, leading her most recent studio of young dancers to over 40 National Championships and 5 Grand National Championships culminating in her being named choreographer of the year at KAR Nationals. Dance is Aviana's passion and sharing that passion with her dancers is what drives her!

Faliceano Keith Turk was brought into the world of entertainment at the age of 8 with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Facliceano learned most of his Hip Hop skills, dance technique, and vibrant performance quality from life’s courses of ups and downs. His hard hitting energetic style keeps his students at the top of L.A.’s lists in major competitions, shows, and projects, far and wide. He and his wife, Summer Turk, have partnered to create K.A.S.T. (Keith and Summer Turk) Academy of the Arts, which continues to earn a multitude of top scoring high point honors, countless title awards, and national recognition. 

K.A.S.T. is a leading entertainment academy that has been featured on many shows and televised competitions. The academy is known for its high success rate of athletes and dancers. Faliceano’s choreography can be seen on shows such as Ellen and So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation. His training has led his students to dance for P. Diddy, The BET Awards, Target commercials, AGT, and Disney. With a student success rate of 90.4%, dancers travel from far distances to train at K.A.S.T.

From choreographing a Bollywood Bhangra for artist Sukshindar Shinda of India, to landing a nationwide commercial alongside his good friend D-trix (of ABDC/Quest Crew), Faliceano has also grabbed the attention of directors to score a part in the award winning Broadway Musical, Wicked. Meeting with and auditioning for artists such as Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Missy Elliot, and Madonna, Faliceano continues to push his students to land jobs while educating them on the dance industry. He teaches in the styles of Hip Hop, Jazz, African Dance, Lyrical, and more.

Jordan Salisbury, Ohio native, grew up training and competing in all styles of dance. She has had the opportunity to train under many amazing choreographers such as Andrew Winghart, Kevin Maher, Mitchel Federan, and many more. Jordan moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school and signed with The Movement Talent Agency. She has danced for artists such as Richard Walters and Spencer Ludwig. In addition, she was a company member for MusEffect where she traveled around the U.S and performed in their stage show “The Divine Direction”. She has performed at the Industry Dance Awards, Capezio Ace Awards, and the VANS U.S Surf Open. While living in Los Angeles, she fell in love with teaching and choreographing. She has taught all over the U.S and Australia and has choreographed many national award winning dances. Currently, she is living in Ohio teaching full time at Center Stage Dance Studio.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rachael began her training at the age of 3 at Jordan Center Dance. She trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theater, and Tap, often receiving numerous awards and scholarships over the years. While training at JCD, she also studied at UNLV - Ballet Seminars, Florida Youth Ballet, American Academy of Ballet, and Dance Educators of America. 

Rachael graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance from Chapman University. While at Chapman, Rachael was a selected dancer to perform in the piece Falling Angels by Jiri Kylian from Nederlands Dans Theater. Right after college, she was asked to perform in A Night of Entertainment in Prague, Czech Republic. Once returned from overseas, Rachael moved to New York City to further her dance career. 

Rachael then performed in A Christmas Carol at McCarter Theatre, the Dr. Oz Health Corp Gala, and at the City Center in NYC and Maui, Hawaii with Nextstep Dance Company. Rachael has taught dance all over the world and enjoys sharing her love for dance with others. Her choreography continues to win numerous awards across the nation, including several Teacher of the Year Awards. Beyond dancing and teaching, Rachael has a passion for fitness. She is certified in barre and has become one of New York City’s top teachers at Exhale Spa. 

Along with her love of movement in all forms, Rachael excitedly brings her impressive skills and knowledge to the KAR Dance Convention to be shared with each and every dancer.

Tiffany has over thirty-five years of dance experience in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, musical theater and several styles of tap dancing including Broadway to Hoofing. She received a full dance scholarship to the prestigious Gus Giordano Dance Center in Chicago, Illinois at the age of 17. She has performed at the Capital Building in Washington D.C., the Chicago Theater, in the promotional tour for the movie “TAP”, various industrials, charity events and on television. Tiffany has performed with Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, Savion Glover, Lane Alexander, the late Gregory Hines and was an original member of the “ETC” Tap Company. She has also had the honor of studying under such greats as Gus Giordano, Henry LeTang, Derick Grant and the Emmy winning Jason Samuels Smith. Tiffany has earned the titles Teacher Of The Year & Top Choreographer on Regional and National level and her choreography has been featured in the New York City Tap Extravaganza and Industry Dance Awards in Hollywood, CA and Las Vegas. Her students can be found on television, Broadway, movies and professional dance companies. Tiffany has been recognized by Stanford Who’s Who of America, Ohio House of Representatives for her dedication to the Arts and is a member of the International Tap Association. She now serves as a International Adjudicator, Master Teacher/Choreographer, NYC Tap Legacy Foundation Ambassador and the Elite Company Director at JDSD in Columbus, Ohio. Tiffany is committed to sharing her love of dance through mentoring, educating and teaching proper technique across the country.
