This year KAR will host four spectacular National Finals!  We will be returning to Southern California and the beautiful Anaheim Hilton Hotel, fun in the sun – beach destination Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and family-friendly and home to Dollywood theme park – Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We are also pleased to announce that due to popular demand we will produce two back-to-back Finals in Pigeon Forge! As always, KAR National Finals will be unforgettable!  With our added destinations and exciting new format, KAR finals will be more amazing than ever before! If you want nothing more than to dance with The KAR faculty as much as possible, work, work, work to become a KAR Protégé. Dancers with varying skill levels are chosen in every city on tour. The KAR Protégé program gives dancers the opportunity to train with The KAR choreographers in every regional city. Plus, members receive free tuition for a FULL calendar year. 

In addition to going on tour with The KAR staff, Protégés make invaluable connections with some of the industry’s biggest names. These connections are theirs to keep for a lifetime and definitely come in handy down the road. Protégés also get discounted rates to attend classes at the Hollywood Dance Experience.  Working alongside choreographers and creative directors like Nancy O’Meara and Alex Kessinger & Rachael Leitson is an award that keeps on giving. Anytime spent with this faculty is an opportunity hundreds of thousands of aspiring dancers desperately want.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be:
• Current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States;
• Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application;
• Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution;
• Attending a Dance Studio that is participating in a 2021 KAR National Finals;
• Carrying a minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school.
